Nguyen Tat Thanh University provides training to improve the capability of lecturers to start a business

NTTU – During 3 days from November 10, 11, 12, 2023, the Southern Startup Support Advisory Council and Business Forum Magazine organized a training class for lecturers to start a business. Nguyen Tat Thanh University coordinated to send 32 participants who are teachers, lecturers, officials, experts and businesses in the startup advisory network of Nguyen Tat Thanh University to attend the class.

The source trainer training course aims to promote the innovative entrepreneurship movement through improving the capacity of officials and lecturers teaching the innovative entrepreneurship program, contributing to building a strong professional team. , enhancing effectiveness in vocational education.

Participating in the training session, participants learned and experienced business and entrepreneurial awareness; Methods of finding and screening business ideas; How to write a business plan presentation for a business start-up project; establish a business strategy for a business start-up project; Set up market research, Marketing – sales plans; Production organization plan; operational organization plan; Set up a financial plan – invest in a project; Training methods through experience according to the curriculum of GTZ (Germany) and JICA (Japan). Skills in: organizing classes, designing curriculum, writing business project presentations and effectively implementing your own business project. learners are connected with businesses and experts in the field of innovative startups.

Training contents:

– Business start-up training by Associate Professor. Dr. Trinh Thuy Anh – Vice President of Training, National Startup Support Advisory Council shared.

– Business persona shared by businessman Mai Huu Tai – Member of the Southern Startup Support Advisory Council.

– Experience the production and business model taught by MSc. Nguyen Thi Hong Thuy – Member of the Southern Startup Support Advisory Council provided guidance.

– The difference and scientific basis of the CEFE training method taught by MSc. Tran Minh Tri, Member of the Southern Startup Support Advisory Council shared.

– Explanation of business plan; Market research and marketing planning conducted by MSc. Nguyen Van Nga – Head of the Business Advisory and Investment Connection Board of the Southern Startup Support Advisory Council.

– Production and financial plan shared by MSc. Le Viet Dung Linh – Member of the Southern Startup Support Advisory Council.

At the end of the course, all students of Nguyen Tat Thanh University received excellent certificates issued by the Southern Advisory and Support Council for Entrepreneurship. The faculty highly praised the quality of the course, which helped students achieve high value, gain a good understanding, and develop entrepreneurial teaching skills using a positive, gamified approach. As a result, there are plans to apply this method to various course modules to enhance the effectiveness of education and training.
