Hoa Sen Group’s on-site recruitment day with students from Nguyen Tat Thanh University

In order to help students, especially those who are seeking a full-time job with great income and attractive benefits at a leading manufacturing company in Vietnam, Nguyen Tat Thanh University (NTTU) organizes a meeting on March 1, 2023, at An Phu Dong campus, District 12 with Hoa Sen Group and the Faculty of Business Administration offering employment and internships opportunities. This event is also to introduce Hoa Sen Group’s Talent Incubator program to students.

From Hoa Sen Group, Mr. Nguyen Phu Binh – Head of Student Recruitment, Training & Human Resources Development Department, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Truc – Head of Training Department participated in the event. From NTTU, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phuong – Head of Corportate Relations and Job Placement for Students, Dr. Bui Van Thoi – Vice Dean of Faculty of Business Administration represented NTTU to join the event. The program also attracted the participation of more than 50 students with high academic performance along with the NTTU’s lecturers and staff.

Opening the program, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phuong briefly introduced the strategic cooperation between NTTU and Hoa Sen Group in several aspects such as student recruitment, academic training as well as outlined the purpose of the event. He also  thanked and appreciated Hoa Sen Group for creating the opportunities for students to complete the internship requirement at the company.

On behalf of Hoa Sen Group, Mr. Nguyen Phu Binh – Head of Student Recruitment, Training & Human Resources Development Division briefly presented the history of establishment and development of Hoa Sen Group. In addition, he also introduced the “2023 INCUBATOR FOR TALENTS’ program which includes a nationwide recruitment program, scientifically designed training and development plan, and consideratble benefits to recruit young talented graduates who are willing to develop their careers at Hoa Sen Group.
