The University Board plays an important role and makes critical decisions on strategies and development plans of Nguyen Tat Thanh University; Promulgate core regulations of the University in accordance with the provisions of the Higher Education Law and relevant laws; Decide on the direction of enrollment, new academic majors, training, joint training, scientific and technological activities, and international cooperation; higher education quality assurance policies, collaboration with enterprises and employers; Regulations on recruitment, management of lecturers, managers and employees; human resources management; Decide on policies to attract investment capital sources to develop the University; Tuition policies, student supports and so on.
