National Conference 2025 –AI Bridge: From Theoretical Discoveries to Interdisciplinary Applications
NTTU – On July 18, 2025, a large-scale conference titled “AI Bridge: From Theoretical Discoveries to Interdisciplinary Applications” will take place at Building N1 – Center for Advanced Technology Development, Nguyen Tat Thanh University, located in High-Tech Park (No. 01 Vo Chi Cong Street, Long Thanh My Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City).
The conference is hosted by Nguyen Tat Thanh University, in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City High Technology Association and several universities within Emulation Cluster 21, including: Van Lang University, Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine, Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology (HUFLIT), Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), Saigon Technology University (STU), and Hoa Sen University (HSU).
This conference serves as a meaningful academic forum to explore the increasingly vital role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in fields such as healthcare, education, agriculture, energy, cybersecurity, and beyond. It presents a valuable opportunity to connect domestic and international researchers, promote cross-disciplinary collaboration, and foster high-quality academic exchange.
During the conference, participants will have the opportunity to present research, share in-depth knowledge, and discuss the challenges and solutions involved in the responsible and sustainable application of AI. Outstanding papers will be selected for publication in reputable scientific journals and included in the official conference proceedings.

Prof. DSc. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh
Chairman of the IEEE SMC Technical Committee on Computational Collective Intelligence; Member of the Computer Science Committee, Polish Academy of Sciences
Prof.DSc. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh holds the title of State Professor in both Poland (awarded in 2009) and Vietnam (awarded in 2011). With over 450 international research publications, 52 specialized books, and 2 European patents, he has made a profound impact in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Computational Systems. As Editor-in-Chief and Associate Editor for several prestigious scientific journals, including IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics, Prof. DSc. Thanh is not only a distinguished ACM scientist but also an academic bridge across continents.
He has chaired more than 40 international conferences, lectured at leading global universities, and served as an advisor for key EU research programs such as Marie Curie, FET, and EUREKA. Thanks to his enduring contributions and global influence, Prof. DSc. Thanh has been consistently listed among the Top 2% most influential scientists in the world (Elsevier & Stanford) since 2019. He currently serves as Chair of the IEEE SMC Technical Committee on Computational Collective Intelligence and a member of the Computer Science Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hung
Director of CIRTech Institute, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH); President of the Vietnam Association for Computational Mechanics (VACOM)
Prof. Nguyen Xuan Hung is the Director of the CIRTech Institute at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) and the President of the Vietnam Association for Computational Mechanics. He earned his PhD from the University of Liège (Belgium) and has since advanced pioneering research in computational engineering, applied mathematics, machine learning, 3D printing, and biomaterials.
He serves as a visiting professor at Sejong University (South Korea) and China Medical University (Taiwan), and is an editorial board member for numerous high-impact international journals such as Composite Structures, Computers and Structures, Engineering Fracture Mechanics, Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences, among others.

Prof. DSc. Acad. Dang Vu Minh
Honorary President of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA)
Prof. DSc. Acad. Dang Vu Minh is a renowned Vietnamese chemist, Doctor of Science, and Foreign Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He formerly served as President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and Chairman of the Committee on Science, Technology, and Environment of the National Assembly. He currently holds the position of Honorary President of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA).
Prof. DSc. Acad. Dang Vu Minh has authored numerous influential studies, notably monographs on fission products of transuranic elements in the universe and applications of rare earth element technologies. His work has made substantial contributions to energy, electronics, national defense, and aerospace technology in Vietnam.
In his role at VUSTA, he has actively promoted scientific innovation, international collaboration, and the development of young scientific talent. His outstanding achievements have been recognized with prestigious awards such as the First-Class Labor Order, the State Prize, and the Ho Chi Minh Prize for Science and Technology.
