Field Trip Program for Chinese Language Students at Huafu Industrial Group (Vietnam)

NTTU – On February 23, the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Nguyen Tat Thanh University (NTTU), in collaboration with Huafu Industrial Group (Vietnam), organized a field trip for students majoring in Chinese Language. This experience provided students with an initial understanding and a close-up view of the corporate culture of foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises, equipping them with the necessary preparation to integrate into the internationalized work environment.

As one of the largest FDI enterprises with foreign investment in the southern region, Huafu Industrial Group (Vietnam) has been actively seeking high-quality human resources to gradually develop a localized management team. This initiative opens up many promising opportunities for students majoring in Chinese Language. This field trip serves as the first step in the plan to elevate the collaborative partnership that both entities have agreed upon in the recent period.

At the company headquarters, the delegation had the opportunity to hear from Mr. Ying Sheng Hua – General Director, Ms. Trương Minh Trang – Administrative Director, and Ms. Lâm Tuyết Mai – HR Director. They shared the company’s vision, mission, benefits, promotion pathways, and recruitment criteria. Additionally, the students majoring in Chinese Language experienced firsthand the operational management areas, R&D center, and laboratory system. They witnessed the automated production line following a closed-loop standard from raw materials to finished products. Through this, students could accumulate fundamental knowledge about the production process and the operational methods of various departments in the industrial manufacturing system, gradually concretizing their direction to improve personal capabilities and meet future job requirements.

Excited after the visit, Đoan Thu Vy, a student majoring in Chinese Language, shared, “After the practical visit, I found that the company offers a new, modern, and dynamic environment. The benefits from the corporation also impressed me. I will continue to strive and apply the experiences gained from today’s trip to improve myself and be ready to apply in the future.”

At the end of the visit, NTTU students received small, lovely gifts from the specialists and managers at Huafu (Vietnam). We hope that the students had a beneficial and interesting experience to continue their passion for their studies and future career goals.

Visiting and experiencing real-world companies is a regular activity of the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Nguyễn Tất Thành University (NTTU) to bridge the gap between theory and practice. This helps students update their practical knowledge and gain a closer look at their future work environment. In recent years, this activity has been increasingly emphasized and expanded, enhancing both quality and quantity.
