Arizona State University (USA) visits Nguyen Tat Thanh University

NTTU – Recently, leaders of Nguyen Tat Thanh University met with representatives of Arizona State University (USA) at campus 300A Nguyen Tat Thanh, District 4.

Attending the meeting, the delegates of Arizona State University were Mr. Jeffrey Goss – Associate Vice Provost – Vietnam/Southeast Asia Programs; Ms. Alexandra Stinchfield – Director of University Design Institute, Mr. Tran Van Thai – Program Manager – Accreditation and Quality Assurance, Representative Office in Vietnam. Nguyen Tat Thanh University were represented by Dr. Tran Ai Cam – President, Dr. Nguyen Lan Phuong – Vice President, Le Quang Khanh, MBA – Manager of International Relations Department, Dr. Nguyen Vu Lan and Mr. Nguyen Phuong Thong – Deputies of International Relations Department.

Initial discussion between two universities

At the meeting, representatives of both sides introduced and exchanged information about development history, mission, training programs, research areas, cooperation possibilities and development strategies in areas such as international project implementation, training, research, student exchange, etc. Dr. Tran Ai Cam – President of Nguyen Tat Thanh University highly appreciates the cooperation with Arizona State University in the future and believes that it will facilitate the University to realize its goal of becoming an innovative multi-disciplinary and multi-level University that is globally integrated, training the human resources that meet the local and international standards and demands. At the same time, it is affirmed that the cooperation program with ASU will also help teaching staff, researchers and students enhance creativity and integration from research and learning collaboration programs.
