Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, Malaysia (TAR UMT) visits Nguyen Tat Thanh University (NTTU)

NTTU – Recently, the Faculty of Architecture – Interior – Applied Fine Arts of Nguyen Tat Thanh University has successfully hosted the exchange activities with lecturers and students from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, Malaysia (TAR UMT). 

TAR UMT – a well-known higher education institution providing degree in Architecture Malaysia has become the strategic partner of Nguyen Tat Thanh University since 2016. Representatives from NTTU included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Hanh Nguyen – Dean of the Faculty; Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy – Vice Dean; Mr. Le Hai Hong Phong – Vice Dean; Mr. Nguyen Phuong Thong – Deputy Manager of International Relations Department; together with the University’s lecturers and students. From TAR UMT, there were Mr. Megat Ariff Shah – Associate Dean; Mr. Lee Chor Wah – Principal Lecturer; Mr. Ong Wee Yeak – Senior Lecturer; Ms. Noorus Sadiqin – Lecturer; Ms. Nur Haslina – Lecturer; and 75 TAR UMT sophomores.

At the meeting, lecturers between two universities have discussed on potential collaborations such as professional seminars or short course training for lecturers and students, student exchange programs, scientific research, international conferences in 2023.

Apart from the meeting, there were cultural exchange activities hosted by students of Nguyen Tat Thanh University, leaving a deep impression on international students, effectively enhancing the brand name of Nguyen Tat Thanh University in terms of international integration.
