Agreement signed between Nguyen Tat Thanh University and Vietnam Television VTV9 on high-quality human resource training

NTTU – Recently, at the headquarters of Vietnam Television Center – VTV9, the cooperation agreement was signed between Nguyen Tat Thanh University and Vietnam Television Center in the Southern region on the high-quality human resource training in Public Relations, Multimedia Communication, Cinematography and Directing.

Attending the signing ceremony, representatives of Vietnam Television Center in the Southern region were Mr. Lam Van Tu – Director; Nguyen Ngoc Hoi – Deputy Director. Nguyen Tat Thanh University were represented by Ms. Nguyen Mai Lan – Chairwoman of the University Board; Dr. Tran Ai Cam – the President together with key leaders and staff.

According to the agreement, Vietnam Television Center in the Southern region (VTV9) will support Nguyen Tat Thanh University’s students majoring in Public Relations, Multimedia Communication, Cinematography and Directing to observe and work as intern at VTV9, as well as offer career counseling, field trips, workshops, scientific research, scholarships, Practice Club for students of Nguyen Tat Thanh University. In addition, Nguyen Tat Thanh University commits to equip students with professional knowledge and skills being adaptable in the workplace, improve the quality of teaching and innovative training methods with the combination of theory and practice to suit the needs of employers. The agreement shall be valid for five years (2022-2027).

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dr. Tran Ai Cam said: “Strengthening business connections is one of strategic goals of Nguyen Tat Thanh University to build an ecosystem including the university, students, and enterprises with the interaction and support each other to develop as well as create opportunities for students to get the best jobs. Hopefully, the cooperation between Nguyen Tat Thanh University and Vietnam Television Center in the Southern region – VTV9 shall give many good directions for students majoring in Multimedia Communication to be more confident on their career path.”

It could be said that this cooperation really brings many benefits for students majoring in Public Relations, Multimedia Communication, Cinematography and Directing in particular, and Nguyen Tat Thanh University in general, contributing to enhance the quality of training, improve professional knowledge and skills based on the cooperation between the university and requirements of the labor market, which is also the development strategy of Nguyen Tat Thanh University over the years.
