The Board of Presidents of Nguyen Tat Thanh University

Since its establishment, Nguyen Tat Thanh University has determined its mission to provide a quality human resources with solid knowledge and skills, innovative and creative thinking to actively participate in the process of social innovation. After 22 years, the University has mostly achieved those goals due to its breakthrough in educational management, always enhancing a culture of quality, organizational culture, culture of service and constantly innovative management mechanism, updated training programs, innovative teaching and learning methods, innovative scientific research mechanism, and also promotes the application of advanced joint-training programs with domestic and foreign universities.

1. President – Dr. Tran Ai Cam: Be liable to the Law and the University Board for general operating activites of the University; implement decisions of the University Board; implement other unexpected and important tasks and breakthrough solutions. Directly in charge of: strategies and development orientation of the University; human resources management, finance, training courses on demands, the universiy administration office; culture-ideology; inspection; examination; education quality accreditation; public relations and media; admissions; skills training management; scholarship fund of Nguyen Tat Thanh University.
2. Vice President – Dr. Hoang Huu Dung: In charge of equipment procurement; infrastructure management; equipment and workspace allocation for the units; construction projects; sanitation, security and safety within the University; international student support; library information; the general clinic; the unions.
3. Vice President – Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Thanh: In charge of Science and Training Council; Faculties in the field of health sciences.
4. Vice President – Dr. Nguyen Tuan Anh: In charge of student affairs; NTT Institute of International Education; EU projects; development of international joint-training programs.
5. Vice President – Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thi Hong: In charge of scientific research; technology transfer; innovation, entrepreneurship, internships and job placements for students; the Academic Rank/Title Council of Nguyen Tat Thanh University.
6. Vice President – Dr. Nguyen Lan Phuong: In charge of postgraduate programs; E-learning; training based on social needs; short courses; culture and education development in Germany and Japan; short courses on language skills, informatics; international cooperation; IT administration; software management.
7. Vice President – Dr. Tran Thien Luu: In charge of academic affairs.
