NTTU – Times Higher Education (THE) has officially announced the 2025 cycle of the THE Impact Rankings, evaluating the global influence of higher education institutions on sustainable development. Nguyen Tat Thanh University once again affirmed its position by being ranked among the top 18% of universities worldwide included in this year’s rankings.

With its newly announced ranking, Nguyen Tat Thanh University impressively placed in the 301–400 band out of 2,318 global institutions, placing it in the top 18% of universities worldwide recognized for their impact on sustainable development in 2025. According to Dr. Tran Ai Cam, President of Nguyen Tat Thanh University, in 2025 the university expanded the number of SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) included in the rankings from 6 to 8. The newly added SDGs include SDG10 – Reduced Inequalities and SDG6 – Clean Water and Sanitation. This expansion demonstrates the university’s stronger commitment to addressing global challenges.

The university remains committed to turning challenges into opportunities, continuously improving and expanding its contributions to the SDGs, aiming for a better future for both the community and society.
