Nguyen Tat Thanh University welcomes new personnel to be part of the “Building of Knowledge”
NTTU – Recently, at the main campus in District 4, leaders of Nguyen Tat Thanh University held a meeting to warmly welcome new personnel recruited in the third quarter of 2024.
The ceremony was chaired by Dr. Nguyen Mai Lan – Chairwan of the University Council, Ms. Ho Ngoc Huyen Truc – Acting manager of the Human Resources Department, along with representatives from various departments, faculties, institutes, and centers, especially all new personnel of Nguyen Tat Thanh University – the “Building of Knowledge” .
On behalf of the University, Dr. Nguyen Mai Lan delivered a welcoming speech and extended congratulations to these new personnel. Dr. Mai Lan noted that the newly recruited staff and faculty are joining during a very special time as the university celebrates its 25th anniversary of establishment and development. In the future, Dr. Mai Lan hopes that they will work alongside the university to continuously strive, educate, and dedicate themselves to the common goal to become an “innovative” university.

At the ceremony, the university announced and presented appointment decisions to the managerial staff, awarded flowers to new personnel holding the titles of professor, associate professor, and doctoral degree, and warmly welcomed all new recruits joined recently.

In addition, the university organized an onboarding training session for the new personnel to provide general information and introduce some core documents, rules, and regulations.

The welcome ceremony for new personnel at the university is a quarterly event designed not only to introduce and welcome new staff but also to help faculty members gain a better understanding of the dynamic, friendly, and professional work environment and culture of the university. It is hoped that, in their new roles at the “Building of Knowledge,” the staff and faculty will quickly adapt, become committed, and dedicate themselves to fulfilling the tasks assigned by the university.
