Nguyen Tat Thanh University signed MOU with Kaohsiung University, Taiwan
NTTU – After the international conference “University 4.0 model”, NTTU had another international cooperating program with Kaohsiung University, Taiwan, creating opportunities for students, lecturers to access more modern training programs.
On the afternoon of 21st July 2017, after closing the international conference “University 4.0 model – Framework for 21st century education”, the host which was NTTU brought the delegation to visit An Phu Dong Campus in District 12. The delegation included: Prof. ScD. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh, Wroclaw Science and Technology University, Poland; Prof. Dosam Hwang, Yeungnam University, South Korea; Prof. Hoang Pham, Rutger University, USA; Prof. Leon Shyue-Liang Wang, Kaohsiung University, Taiwan; Prof Manuel Nunez, Complutense Mandrid University, Spain; Prof. Kuo-Ming Chao, Coventry University, UK; Prof. Le Thi Hoai An, Lorraine University, France; Prof. Gottfried Vossen, Germany; Prof. PhD. Ali Selamat, Malaysia Technology University; PhD. Nguyen The Vinh, Global Research Commission on Human Management…
In this place, President of NTTU, Assoc. PhD. Nguyen Manh Hung, with the President of Kaohsiung National University, Prof. Leon Shyue-Liang Wang, conducted the exchange, agreement and signed training cooperation between the two universities.

According to the signed memorandum, two universities would collaborate in exchanging students, lecturers, information, as well as publishing scientific researches, co-organizing conference about scientific research, helping each other research and study the university 4.0 model, especially promoting cooperation on business incubation.
Specifically, the students participating in this exchange program must be proposed by Nguyen Tat Thanh University on the basis of study results and wish to study at Kaohsiung University. Accordingly, Kaohsiung University will orient and support students of Nguyen Tat Thanh University about issues of permits, visas, contact, accommodation arrangements …
“I am very delighted because of this meaningful event, and his is an important step to improve the quality of human resources training and development. Thanks to the participation of the scholars who are the professors, doctors from many reputable universities in the conference “University 4.0 model”, the program was successful.”, President Nguyen Manh Hung stated.
Prof. Leon Shyue-Liang Wang also thanked the warm welcome of Nguyen Tat Thanh University’s leaders. He expresses his belief in, and appreciation of the academic traditions, teaching, development potential and quality of human resources training. Professor Wang’s aspirations is raising the cooperation between the two universities in the future.
Commenting on the international conference “University 4.0 model – Framework for 21st century education”, Prof. Le Thi Hoai An shared: “After 2 days of attending the conference, I was really impressed with the way the workshop was organized, professional from the preparation stage for the guests to the main event. Nguyen Tat Thanh University’s organization of this workshop has shown the foresight, a strategic thought to develop.”
The success of the internationally-accredited program organized by Nguyen Tat Thanh University showed the professionalism of the university, and once again confirmed to international friends that this university was always focused on the comprehensive educational reform.
