Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thien Nhan expressd to staff , lecturers and Board of rectors of Nguyen Tat Thanh university during the visit and working on 24/02/2017. The delegation also included Mr. Dao Ngoc Dung – Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Labor, War invalids and Social Affairs; Representative of Ministry of Health; Representative of Ho Chi Minh City.
At the beginning, to meet the growing demand of becoming one of leading universities in the country, the University with the training philosophy, “True learning, true practice, true success, true future” had applied successfully form with combination of the university- Enterprise-Manager- Research. Besides, Nguyen Tat Thanh University has focused on linking training with employment, linking recruitment with enrollment. The university also pays special attention to build relationships with businesses, and create strategic alliances with hospitals, research institutes, factories, and schools. It is also good chances to promote cooperation in training, scientific research, and bring working environment and practice for students in the learning process.

Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thien Nhan judged “ Nguyen Tat Thanh university had chosen the important and right track. We should foresee the demand of businesses, hospitals and government offices to set targets for training program and produce skilled human resources for society. Therefore, in training motto need to show clearly how to train, What to do and how to develop after graduation.”

During the working day with the delegation, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung – President of Nguyen Tat Thanh University expressed his wishes and the university’s guideline in the coming year. Specifically, the Board of Rectors is looking forward to receiving the support from Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thien Nhan and Mr. Dao Ngoc Dung on the establishment of Nguyen Tat Thanh High Tech College, with headquarters located in Ho Chi Minh City’s High Tech Zone. The main target of training meets the human resources requirements of the industrial, agricultural and service sectors in the context of the industrial revolution 4.0. Furthermore, Nguyen Tat Thanh University made a considerable contribution to build the era of intelligent industry and a knowledge building that brings true happiness to learners, teachers, universities, businesses and the society.

Accordingly, the leadership of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front had supported aspirations of the university and proposed Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to consider recommendations from Nguyen Tat Thanh University in improving the quality of education and training, especially vocational training. In addition, the university’s method training have to be suitable with the Party’s policy of comprehensive education reform, and ensure its practicability. So, the university can bring more opportunities for student entry to a university or college.
Mr.Dao Ngoc Dung- Minister of Labor, War invalids and Social Affairs also emphasized: “We will provide support to NTT university as well as NTT High Tech College to be one of the most excellent pratical shool, which well applies the educational philosophy and theory of NTT University.“

Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thien Nhan also wishes the university continue to promote its strengths in education and training human resources. Thus, Nguyen Tat Thanh University made a considerable contribution to the development of country. Besides, the university need to focus on improving the quality of teaching staff, building a roadmap for sustainable development, establishing a network of strategic partners inside and outside the country, and towards international integration.
