The working session and candidate interviews were successful, continuing the collaborative activities initiated from the Memorandum of Understanding in 2023 between Nguyen Tat Thanh University and DAISHIN Company.

With an aging population, Japan is facing a shortage of engineers in the construction industry, leading to an increasing demand for foreign engineers, including those from Vietnam. This presents a valuable opportunity for young engineers graduating from the Faculty, opening up promising career prospects for students of Nguyen Tat Thanh University in the Japanese labor market.
