The Degree of Bachelor in Hospital Management is developed based on the current regulations issued by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, and it references the curricula of reputable universities both domestically and in several countries in the region. The program demonstrates clear, specific objectives, and a logical structure, and is systematically designed to meet the basic competency standards for Hospital Management graduates in Vietnam. It also aligns with the knowledge and skill standards required for undergraduate education and flexibly meets the labor market’s human resource needs. The program’s objectives and learning outcomes align with the strategic development, vision, and mission of Nguyen Tat Thanh University and the Faculty of Health Management.

In healthcare facilities or health sciences, job positions include hospital administration specialists, professional officers, research training coordinators, personnel management, material management, project management, and coordination of programs and collaborations for hospitals, health centers, and healthcare facilities. Graduates can also run their businesses within and outside the healthcare sector. With over two years of experience, they can be appointed Heads or Deputy Heads of functional departments.
