The theme “Zero to Launch” represents the journey from scratch to the official launch of an entrepreneurial project. This process requires not only creative ideas but also strategic thinking, management skills, and thorough preparation. The training program helps students understand the key stages of entrepreneurship, from identifying problems, developing solutions, and validating business models to fundraising and market development.

Not limited to theory, the program also presents real-life scenarios and lessons from successful entrepreneurs, helping students develop critical thinking, decision-making skills, and the ability to adapt to challenges in the entrepreneurial journey. At the same time, it provides an opportunity for students to expand their network, find potential partners, and receive mentorship from experienced individuals, laying a solid foundation to turn their ideas into reality.

Speaking at the program, Dr. Pham Thi Hong Phuong stated: “Entrepreneurship is not just about taking a product and selling it to others; entrepreneurship must start with research. You must fully understand your product, research the product, study the market, and even research the needs of the customers you are targeting. It must have a clear, structured process to be successful.”

Dr. Phuong and her teaching assistants brought to the training class many interactive games, through which each student gained valuable lessons and necessary skills related to entrepreneurship. These are important pieces of knowledge not only for business but also applicable to daily life as a scientific learning method. The knowledge shared by Dr. Phuong’s team in the class is the result of years of research and business experience, accumulated through many successes and failures that have led to valuable lessons. Dr. Phuong’s team hopes that through this training program, students will gain confidence and success on their own paths.

Similar to Dr. Nguyen Thi Hong Phuong’s team, the Young Entrepreneurs Club at Nguyen Tat Thanh University and the community of student entrepreneurship clubs at other universities share a common hope: to help students equip themselves with the necessary skills and knowledge for the challenging entrepreneurial journey in today’s increasingly volatile market.

All activities are professionally organized and supported by reputable organizations, helping club members gain practical experience and be ready to become “Entrepreneurs” in the future.

Not only is the university encouraging students, but the students themselves are also proactive in developing their own skills. Nguyen Tat Thanh University always creates conditions for students to engage in academic and skill-building activities through clubs and teams, where students feel open and comfortable. This environment helps them better absorb the knowledge and values that the organizers aim to convey. The “Zero to Launch” training program was entirely organized by students from various clubs, with the university playing a supportive role behind the scenes. This demonstrates the students’ initiative, creativity, and self-management abilities in organizing a specialized program on entrepreneurship. This proactive attitude not only helps students enhance their practical knowledge but also hones essential skills such as leadership, teamwork, event management, and networking with businesses.

In addition, having students organize the program themselves helps make it more relatable, aligning with the real needs and desires of the learners. They are not just participants but also creators, building and coordinating an effective learning space where each member has the opportunity to express themselves, ask questions, and discuss the real challenges in entrepreneurship.

The flexible support from the university, combined with the students’ dynamism, has created a solid entrepreneurial environment. This enables young people to not only learning theory but also have the opportunity to experiment, gain real-life experience, and gradually build a sustainable development roadmap for themselves.
