One of the factors that determines the quality of training and makes the brand of Nguyen Tat Thanh University must be followed by the role of the University’s staff during 24 years of development, which is enough in quantity – solid in quality.
Nguyen Tat Thanh University currently gathers a team of more than 2,000 permanent and visiting lecturers and staff with high professional qualifications and dedication to the profession. Along with improving the professional qualifications of the pedagogical staff, the University also changed its training methods to meet the increasing requirements of businesses. All training programs of the University are built on the basis of practical needs of businesses combined with reference to international advanced programs. The University also applies a variety of Standards both at domestic and abroad including Circular 12/2017, Circular 04/2016 of the Ministry of Education and Training, AUN-QA, QS Stars, UPM to measure the overall quality of the development-oriented training programs and integrate with international education.
Up to now, Nguyen Tat Thanh University has had 16 training programs that have achieved quality accreditation according to Circular 04 of the Ministry of Education and Training, 8 training programs meeting AUN-QA standards, 4 starred training programs according to the UPM Rating System.

In particular, the First-class Labor Medal for outstanding achievements in education and training, the Third-class Labor Medal for outstanding achievements in the prevention of COVD-19 epidemic in Ho Chi Minh City, or the Top 20 first universities in the country to be certified by the Ministry of Education and Training to achieve educational quality accreditation, meeting the 4-star quality standards of the QS Accreditation Organization (UK), and the Top 7 Vietnamese universities in URAP World Ranking, 5-star of the University Performance Metrics – UPM, Top 5 Vietnam for internationally published research, Top 6 scientific journals Vietnam was accepted into the database system of SCOPUS, the only non-public school in Ho Chi Minh City reached the Top 20 on the ranking of 100 Vietnamese universities in 2023, the Top 4 universities of Vietnam in the 1st Webometrics Ranking in 2023 (moved up 3 places compared to the 2nd ranking in 2022).

The code of conduct covers the politeness, respectfulness, and mutual understanding in daily behaviors from conversations, handshakes, and cellphone etiquette to self-introduction, name card usage, talking and listening, and communication with partners, parents, students, and colleagues.
Based on awareness and proactivity to preserve, maintain, and maximize the usage efficiency of joint properties, the code of facilities usage is specific as the culture of using facilities, equipment, and conditions for works and meetings; classrooms, libraries, laboratories, public services, surrounding environment, elevators, and stairs.
Being responsible for fully complying with and participating in all activities as planned is central to the code of compliance and discipline, covering the attires and protocol during the Flag Salute; the disciplines for staff and faculty members; the disciplines for students; the resolution of internal and external affairs; and the implementation of decision making, policies, announcements, reports, rebuttals, and resolutions of conflicts.
The code of meetings and gatherings, the code of team building & extracurricular activities are based on the principle of listening respectfully to each other and complying with the regulations from the organizers during meetings, group activities, and extracurricular activities.

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training in Circular 09/2009/TT-BGDĐT dated May 7, 2009, higher education institutions must be responsible for publicizing and transparent standards so that students and parents can choose suitable learning environment; At the same time, it also creates conditions for the society to monitor and supervise the teaching and learning process of institutions.
In order to satisfy the requirements of admission, higher education quality accreditation and social accountability in the context of international integration, Nguyen Tat Thanh University has conducted self-assessment at different levels, including the training program level and institution level (University level) according to the quality assurance standards of Ministry of Education and Training. Quality assurance activities are entirely aimed towards the successful implementation of the University’s missions, visions, educational goals, and core values.
