7 Bachelors’ and Masters’ programs accredited by Ministry of Education and Training

NTTU – The Thang Long Centre for Education Accreditation and the VNU-HCM Center for Education Accreditation have recently awarded the certificates of accreditation to 7 training programs of Nguyen Tat Thanh University meeting the education accreditation standards according to Circular 04/2016 of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Seven programs of Nguyen Tat Thanh University include three Master programs (Tourism, Finance and Banking, Business Administration) and one Bachelor program (Human Resource Management) certified by The Thang Long Centre for Education Accreditation, and three Bachelor programs (Mechatronics Engineering Technology, Nursing, Vietnamese Studies) certified by the VNU-HCM Center for Education Accreditation.

The percentage of criteria satisfied of the Master programs in Tourism, Finance and Banking, Business Administration are 90%, 86%, 92% respectively; meanwhile the Bachelor programs in Human Resource Management, Mechatronics Engineering Technology, Nursing, and Vietnamese Studies achieve 90%, 96%, 92%, and 98% respectively. Up to present, 100% Masters’ programs of Nguyen Tat Thanh University have been accredited.

7 Bachelor and Master training programs accredited

Dr. Tran Ai Cam – President of Nguyen Tat Thanh University shared that those seven accredited Master and Bachelor programs complete the university’s accreditation achievement journey for the period of 2019-2022 with a total of 24 certified training programs. Currently, the University continues to implement quality accreditation plan according to Decision 78/QD-TTg dated January 14, 2022 in accordance with the university’s innovation orientation in the new period, focusing on the internal quality assurance system development and management enhancement in faculties for the sustainable development.

Nguyen Tat Thanh University has currently had 16 training programs accredited according to Circular 04 of the Ministry of Education and Training, 8 training programs accredited in accordance with AUN – QA standards, 4 programs star rated by UPM Rating System. Nguyen Tat Thanh University has been applying a variety of education accreditation standards including Circular 12/2017, Circular 04/2016 of the Ministry of Education and Training, AUN-QA, QS Stars rating, and UPM rating and ranking to measure overall quality in the direction of development and international integration. The university has succeeded in the institutional accreditation twice with the re-accreditation result of 97%, rated 4-star for the second time in 2022 by QS Stars rating, and achieved 5 stars according to UPM rating and ranking. Those achievements prove a remarkable effort of the university during 24 years of establishment and development.
