According to Dr. Tran Ai Cam, President of Nguyen Tat Thanh University, the university awards a signing bonus of 100 million VND for candidates with a PhD, 150 million VND for candidates with an Associate Professor title, and up to 200 million VND for candidates with a Professor title.

In 2023, Nguyen Tat Thanh University appointed 03 new Associate Professors and reappointed 01 Professor.

Clearly, to receive support from the university, employees must be of working age as specified. The university’s benefits apply to staff and lecturers with qualifications and certificates suitable for the positions as per the annual strategic plan of the university. Additionally, personnel must commit to serving at the university for a minimum of 5 years.
