Nguyen Tat Thanh University is one of the universities in Vietnam that deeply focuses on the quality of vocational skills training and practical experience in order to prepare students with a foundation of extensive professional knowledge, professional attitudes and positive behavior to integrate with the domestic and international labor market. Many years of participating in competitions and tournaments, students of Nguyen Tat Thanh University have achieved impressive achievements:

2012: 01 first prize, 01 second prize, 02 third prizes, 03 consolation prizes at the HCMC Regional Vocational Skills Competition.
2013: 01 first prize, 01 third prize at the National Vocational Skill Competition; – 01 third prize in ASEAN Skills Competition (held in Indonesia); – 01 consolation prize of the World Skills Competition (with the Vietnamese team) in Germany
2014: 01 first prize, 01 third prize at the National Vocational Skill Competition
2015: 01 first prize in the National Vocational Skills Competition; – 02 ASEAN prizes; – 01 Certificate of World Excellence in Brick Construction at the World Skills Competition (in Brazil)
2016: 01 silver medal, 02 bronze medals at the City Youth Skills Competition; – 01 first prize, 01 third prize at the National Vocational Skills Competition
2017: 01 third prize of the 19th Euréka Scientific Research Student Award in 2017
2018: 01 second prize in Group B of Student Debating contest; – 01 consolation prize of the 20th Euréka Scientific Research Student Award in 2018.
2019: 01 first prize, 01 fourth prize at VUG Robocon contest 2019: Battle Mining; – 01 Consolation prize at Luong Van Can Talent Award.
2020: 01 third prize in the Honda Eco-driving contest – fuel saving 2020; – 01 collective prize, 01 third prize, 01 consolation prize of 2020 Viettel World Office Informatics Competition; – 01 second prize, 01 third prize, 01 consolation prize at the Ministry level Scientific Research Student Award; – 01 consolation prize at the Euréka Scientific Research Student Award 2020; – Runner-up at Futsal HDBank Ho Chi Minh City 2020; 01 first prize, 01 second prize, 1 consolation prize in the Robot Arena competition; – 01 gold medal at Ho Chi Minh City Young Talented Karate Award 2020; – Champion of the National Startup Competition 2020.
