Brief introduction
In order to achieve the goals set by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee and meet the social needs of the Health sector, Nguyen Tat Thanh University has made a significant contribution to providing human resources for the health sector. The Board of Directors of Nguyen Tat Thanh University has paid attention to developing training in the health sector and has increasingly affirmed the position and prestige of the University such as: training bachelors of pharmacy, training bachelors of nursing, etc.
In 2018, Nguyen Tat Thanh University continued to be the first non-public unit in Ho Chi Minh City to be allowed to train in the Medical sector (code 7720101) according to Decision No. 5839/QD-BGDDT. The Ministry of Education and Training’s permission for Nguyen Tat Thanh University to train in Preventive Medicine and Medicine has demonstrated the prestige and quality of training in the Health sector of the University in recent times.
As a special field of study, related to human health and life, quality will be the top priority of the School in training General Practitioners.
