Brief introduction
Economic Law is the study of legal principles within the economic environment. Graduates in Economic Law have a strong grasp of business and civil law, allowing them to work in various positions within businesses, organizations, and government agencies, such as legal specialists, lawyers, or holding judicial roles (notary public, bailiff). The goal of the Economic Law program at NIIE is to help students succeed not only in Vietnamese businesses and agencies but also in enterprises and organizations with international elements. At NIIE, the program combines Vietnamese and international legal textbooks to provide students with a solid understanding of business law, especially in the context of an integrated economic environment. Additionally, the practical training model (including mock trials, analysis of real legal situations, direct learning with legal experts, judges, and lawyers) helps students develop essential skills such as advocacy, analytical skills, and critical thinking. The program also integrates enhanced English training (six levels from basic to B2), and bilingual instruction in the specialized courses, which helps students become proficient in English and gain a competitive edge in the job market.
