Brief introduction

The research-based training program’s objective is to produce skilled human resources in the field of food technology, with a particular emphasis on creating cutting-edge solutions to address real-world issues facing the sector and promote long-term socioeconomic growth.
After 3 to 5 years of graduation, master students can:
+ PEO1: Develop advanced technologies and propose solutions to solve practical problems in the field of food technology.
+ PEO2: Consult, design, manage production activities, food quality at food processing and trading establishments, manage activities and projects at food safety and hygiene management agencies in a professional and ethical manner.
+ PEO3: Adapt to changing contexts, continuously improve and develop yourself and your colleagues to fulfill your responsibilities to contribute to sustainable economic and social development.

Candidates for the Master of Food Technology training must meet the following conditions:
– Degree: Students must have graduated from university in the correct/appropriate major. For students who have graduated from a related major, they must take additional courses in the Food Technology undergraduate program of Nguyen Tat Thanh University. University degrees granted by foreign educational institutions must undergo recognition procedures according to current regulations.
– Foreign language proficiency: Level 3 or higher according to the 6-level foreign language proficiency framework for Vietnam (or equivalent level or higher).
– Experience and professional work: Those with a university degree in a relevant field can apply immediately. Those who are required to take additional courses can apply after taking additional courses. Have a university degree or higher in a foreign language; or a university degree or higher where more than 50% of the program is conducted in a foreign language.
– Priority candidates: War invalids, children of war invalids, children of sick soldiers, children of martyrs, heroes of the armed forces, heroes of labor, Vietnamese citizens who are ethnic minorities.
– Other conditions: Clear personal history, not serving a disciplinary warning or higher and not serving a criminal sentence, confirmed by the human resources management agency where they are working or the local government where they reside. Be healthy enough to study. Submit complete application on time according to the regulations of the training institution.
