Brief introduction

Psychology is the scientific study of the human mind and behavior. It seeks to understand why people think, feel, and act the way they do. Psychologists explore a wide range of topics, from how we perceive the world around us to how we form relationships with others. Through research and clinical practice, psychologists strive to improve the lives of individuals, families, and communities.

Job Opportunities

Counseling – Psychotherapy: Upon graduation from this major, students can find employment in psychological counseling centers, hospitals, psychological clinics, schools, or domestic and international social organizations. Potential job positions include counseling specialists, psychotherapists, school counselors, clinical psychologists, and more. They may also open their own private counseling practice or work independently as a psychological consultant.

Counseling – Human Management: Upon graduation, students can find employment in the HR departments of various companies and corporations. They can assume roles such as HR specialists, recruiters, or trainers, workforce development. Alternatively, they might pursue careers as organizational consultants, business coaches, or corporate culture specialists. Other potential opportunities include officers in HR consulting firms, assessment centers, or non-profit organizations dedicated to human resource development
